Why Micro Learning LABS started
The Idea That Sparked Micro Learning LABS
Micro Learning LABS began with the vision of creating the Skills Table. The idea itself came from Davy, who saw the potential for a simple yet powerful way to map skills development in a clear, structured format.
Fiona recognised a critical gap in the market — traditional training was declining, yet businesses were searching for flexible, focused learning solutions that could fit around the realities of business life. She knew short, impactful interventions could give companies exactly what they needed without the time or cost pressures of conventional training.
With the concept defined, Charlie stepped in to bring it to life. His work turned the vision into a practical, scalable solution that businesses could easily adopt.
